- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced sparkling mushrooms
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 small yellow squash, sliced
- 1/4 cup julienned carrot
- 1 pound peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
- 1/2 inexperienced bell pepper, cut into half of-inch squares
